Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.
     
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout.
     
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
     

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase.
     
  • Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.
     
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
     

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
     
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
     
  • Custom pieces are non-returnable.
     

Product Care

  • Each piece is handmade and delicate. Please handle with care and follow any care instructions provided.
     
  • C Dyann Designs is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or wear.

 Return & Refund Policy


Effective Date: August 5th, 2025


At C Dyann Designs, every item is handmade with care and inspected before it’s shipped. Due to the personal and wearable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns for hygiene reasons.


However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem with your order, we will gladly issue a refund or offer a resolution under the following conditions:


✅ Refunds Are Available If:

  1. The item arrives damaged or defective
     
    • Please send a clear photo of the damage or defect within 7 days of delivery.
       

  1. The item does not fit or match the description
     
    • If your item is significantly different from what was described (e.g., sizing, color, or construction), contact us with your concern.
       

⚠️ Please Note:

  • No physical returns will be accepted.
    All sales are final unless covered under the conditions above.
     
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
     
  • Custom orders are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or incorrect.
     
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your claim is approved.
